By Submitting this form I acknowledge the following:


Security Deposit:

– The security deposit will be refunded when equipment is successfully collected

– A portion of the security deposit may be retained if equipment is damaged


Pickup:

– If equipment is not able to be retrieved at the agreed premises on the agreed upon date and time, $75 from the security deposit will be taken to cover the cost of retrieval at another date/time.

Supplied Gas Bottle:

– There is an over supply in the gas bottle for your needs to expel the full keg(s) of liquid.

– If you require a another, a non-refundable amount of $150 is to be paid on delivery.

Use of Equipment:

– I will use the equipment for the purpose for which it was deigned and not for any other purpose

– I will not modify or alter or attach anything to he equipment other then what is supplied.


Loss and Damage:

– To the extent permitted by law, I will be responsible for risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction to the equipment from any and every cause.


Ownership, Right to Lease and Quiet Enjoyment

– The equipment is the property of the owner and will remain the property of the owner.

– The owner warrants that the owner has the right to lease the equipment according to the terms in this Agreement.

– The owner warrants that as long as no Event of Default has occurred, the Owner will not disturb the possessision of the Equipment or the Hirer’s unrestricted use of the Equipment for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed.


Indemnity:

– The Hirer will indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or related to the Hirer’s use of the equipment.
